   Ingredients:
1 Head of Iceberg Lettuce (About 1 1/2 lbs.)
1/3 Cup of Blue Cheese Dressing
2 to 3 Slices of Crisp-Cooked Bacon (About 3 tbsp, Crumbled)
1 Hard-Cooked Large Egg (About 2 tbsp, Chopped)
3 tbsp. Chopped Tomato
3 tbsp. Crumbled Blue Cheese
How to prepare the salad:
  1. Remove any wilted outside leaves from the lettuce. Strike the bottom of the lettuce head on a flat surface to loosen the core, and then pull out the core.
  2. Slice four 2-inch-thick wedges from the center section of the head. Discard or reserve the rest for another use. Put two wedges on each of two serving plates.
  3. Spoon the dressing across the wedges so that it runs over one side. Sprinkle with the bacon and egg, tomato, and blue cheese, and serve immediately.
