2 oz. Buffalo Trace Bourbon (Or Your Favorite Bourbon)
3/4 oz. Honey
3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Cold Pressed Apple Juice
Mint Spring and Granny Smith Apple (For Garnish)
How to make it:
  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake 25 times or until the outside of the shaker is ice cold and frosted.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  3. Garnish with a Mint Sprig and a slice of Granny Smith Apple.
