3 oz. Ron Zacapa 23 (Or Your Favorite Dark Aged Rum)
1 pc. Sugar Cube
4 Dashes of Chocolate Bitters
Orange Peel or Piece of Chocolate (For Garnish)
How to make it:
  1. Add Sugar Cube and Bitters to a rocks glass.
  2. Mash with a bar spoon.
  3. Add Rum, then top with ice. Stir approximately 20 times until ice begins to melt and Sugar is dissolved. 
  4. Garnish with Orange Peel or a piece of chocolate.
