   Ingredients for Beef Marinate:
2 lbs. of Inside Skirt Steak
5 each of Onion
4 Cloves of Garlic
1 Bottle of Dark Beer
1 Cup of Lime Juice
1/2 Cup of Ground Coffee
1 Bunch of Cilantro
3 Tbsp. of Paprika
Salt and Pepper (To Taste)
 Ingredients for Avocado Crema:
4 Ripe Fresh Avocados
1 Cup of Sour Cream
1/4 Cup of Chopped Cilantro
Juice from 1-2 Limes
Salt and Pepper (To Taste)
Optional Ingredients:
Shredded Queso Fresco
Corn/Flour Tortillas
Micro Cilantro
How to prepare the Beef Marinate: 
  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides and reserve.
  2. Add the rest of the marinate ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until thoroughly combined. 
  3. Place the meat in a bowl or a ziplock bag and add the marinate. Let it sit overnight.
How to prepare the Avocado Crema: 
  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Add salt and pepper, as needed.
How to prepare the Steak:

  2. Let your meat rest for 5 minutes before thinly slicing the steak across the grain
How to prepare your dish:
  1. Heat tortillas on either side on a griddle or nonstick pan until tortilla is warm. Serve the steak evenly on the tortillas.
  2. Garnish with shredded queso fresco, avocado crema, salsa, and top with cilantro.
