HONEY ON THE SIDE

Another delicious Summer inspired drink based on Cognac; a play on the classic "Sidecar" cocktail with a hint of Honey. Easy to make and perfect for your next grilling party.

 
   Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Branson VSOP Royal Cognac
1 oz. Barenjager Honey Liquer
1 oz. Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Garnish with Sugar and Large Lemon Peel
How to make it:
  1. Rim a chilled glass in Sugar.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and shake with ice 10-15 times.
  3. Strain into martini glass.
  4. Garnish with a large Lemon Peel
