1.5 oz. Grey Goose Pear (Or Your Favorite Pear Vodka)
1/4 oz. St. Elizabeth All Spice Dram
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
Your Favorite Sparkling Wine (Prosecco, Cava, etc.)
Lemon Wedge
Cinnamon and Sugar for the Rim
How to make it:
  1. Rim the glass with a Lemon Wedge and a mixture of Cinnamon & Sugar.
  2. Add Vodka, Lemon Juice, Simple Syrup and All Spice Dram to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake 25 times or until the outside of the shaker is ice cold and frosted.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass or flute and top with sparkling wine
