Thai Coconut Sauce

Elevate your grilled dishes with our Thai Coconut Sauce—a blend of ginger, jalapeno, and coconut milk that adds an exotic twist to chicken or beef. Unleash a symphony of flavors in every bite.

 
   Ingredients:
1 Tbs. Sesame Oil
1 Tbs. Fresh Ginger, minced
1/2 each Fresh Jalapeno, sliced
1/2 Cup Rice Vinegar
1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Light Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Rice Vinegar
1/8 Cup  Sriracha Sauce
1/8 Lime Juice
1/2 Coconut Milk Can
1/2 Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce
1 Tbs. Fresh Cilantro, chopped
3 oz. Creamy Peanut Butter
3/4 tsp. Ground Cumin
3/4 tsp. Ground Coriander
1/2 Tbs. Fresh Garlic, chopped
How to prepare: 
  1. Heat Sesame Seed Oil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add Ginger and Jalapeno Pepper and saute until soft.
  3. Add Rice Vinegar and Brown Sugar and simmer until dissolved.
  4. Transfer to a stainless mixing bowl and cool to room temperature.
  5. In a food processor combine Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Sriracha Sauce, Lime Juice, Coconut Milk, Sweet Chili Sauce, Cilantro, Peanut Butter, Cumin, Coriander, and Garlic and blend until thoroughly incorporated. 
  6. Add Coconut and Peanut butter mixture together with Vinegar mix in a bowl and blend with a wire whisk until smooth.
  7. Transfer to a suitable storage container and you can store this sauce for 4 days in a refrigerator.
