3 each Southern Style Biscuits
1 cup Steak (Sirloin or one that you love), sliced thinly
1.50 oz Chimichurri (recipe here)
3 eggs Scrambled
- Cook the biscuits, according to the cooking instructions (Click Here)
- Split the warm biscuit in half and place one scrambled egg on the bottom half of the biscuit.
- Add 2 oz. shaved steak and approximately 0.5 oz. chimichurri sauce.
- Top with remaining biscuit piece and serve immediately.
